Product Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the Product Prioritization for Complex Initiatives

• Ensure Alignment and Effective Execution

• Develop Product Development Processes

• Convert Customer Requirements into Viable Products

• Manage the Product Roadmap and Delivery

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product management, systems engineering, integration engineering, or technical program leadership

• Strong capability to prioritize multiple complex, technical initiatives

• Experience with hardware/software integrated systems (preferably in energy, power electronics, or related fields)

• Demonstrated ability to establish and execute structured product development processes

• Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Preferred background in energy systems, battery storage, power electronics, or grid infrastructure

• Experience in early-stage or high-growth environments is a plus

• Familiarity with large-scale system deployments in utility, industrial, or data center settings is preferred

• An undergraduate degree in a technical field is preferred
