Product Lead, AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Turn product vision into reality.

• Collaborate within a dedicated team alongside an Architect and a Shipper.

• Take ownership of the build process, from specifications to implementation.

• Adopt an AI-first, specification-first approach in operations.

• Utilize tools such as Kiro and Claude to expedite product development.

• Create clear, testable, implementation-ready specifications.

• Collaborate with the Architect to define APIs, data models, and interaction patterns.

• Develop functional software using AI-assisted development workflows.

• Rapidly prototype and validate solutions prior to full implementation.

• Work closely with the Architect on API design and system architecture decisions.

• Coordinate with the Shipper regarding acceptance criteria and release readiness.

• Apply knowledge in areas such as Core Banking, Digital Banking, Lending, and Payments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product and/or engineering roles within fintech, banking, or financial services.

• Proficient in working with core banking or digital banking platforms.

• Strong understanding of complex, regulated environments and financial workflows.

• Proven capability to design and build systems and workflows rather than merely defining requirements.

• Established track record of delivering working software, not just creating documentation.

• Strong practical development skills across front-end and/or back-end technologies.

• Ability to oversee implementation end-to-end within a product domain.

• Comfort in working across the stack as necessary to deliver complete features.

• Plus - Knowledge of REST APIs, data modeling, and system interactions.

• Plus - Familiarity with Node.js, Prisma, Redis, Kafka/SQS, and AWS deployment.

• Active, hands-on experience with AI-assisted development workflows.

• Demonstrated utilization of AI tools for specifications, code generation, and iteration.

• Willingness to experiment with tools and continuously refine AI-augmented development practices.

• Comfort in operating within a specification-first, AI-first development methodology.
