Product Integration Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Delivers on-site assistance for the installation and configuration of products with vehicle upfitters.

• Provides expert guidance on automotive electronics and upfitting to ensure customers achieve the best results with SoundOff Signal products.

• Diagnoses and resolves issues associated with SoundOff Signal products and systems.

• Travels to customer sites as required to offer on-site support.

• Addresses customer concerns via phone and email communication.

• Manages warranty claims by coordinating the return and replacement of parts with the Technical Warranty Administrator.

• Offers feedback and recommendations to improve SoundOff Signal's products and services.

• Maintains regular attendance with minimal absenteeism or tardiness.

• Executes other assigned responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrates a strong understanding of automotive electronics, including CAN bus, multiplex systems, control modules, and more.

• Has hands-on experience in installing automotive electronics.

• Possesses knowledge of automotive electronics, aftermarket installations, and 12V circuitry.

• Consistently embodies SoundOff Signal's Core Values in all interactions with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Holds a High School Diploma or equivalent, preferably with a focus on technical education.

• Communicates fluently in both English and Spanish.

• Exhibits a positive and collaborative attitude, thriving in a team environment.

• Holds relevant certifications such as MECP, EVT, or similar.

• Brings a robust background in customer service.

• Possesses working knowledge of Windows PCs, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Office 365, Teams), and understands iOS and Android operating systems.
