Product Experience Owner – Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the operational product experience for the Verint Operations Manager platform within the Performance Enablement Organization (PEO).

• Manage and oversee the operational roadmap for Verint Operations Manager, focusing on workflow standardization and optimization projects.

• Establish enterprise standards for task design, workflow structure, prioritization, and governance of execution.

• Convert operational execution requirements into platform capabilities, configuration standards, and system specifications.

• Ensure that operational workflows meet performance standards, compliance requirements, and service-level expectations.

• Uphold rigorous documentation practices, including operational standards, configuration guidelines, and platform runbooks.

• Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for operational leaders and execution teams.

• Serve as the main point of contact between CX stakeholders and Technology Product Owners, ensuring a mutual understanding of business needs, performance goals, and platform features.

• Collaborate with Technology Product Owners during sprint planning, backlog refinement, and execution of deliverables.

• Evaluate analyst and vendor outputs for quality, adherence to standards, and operational viability.

• Offer guidance and mentorship to Operational Analysts involved in Operations Manager projects.

• Articulate complex quality and analytics concepts in clear, executive-ready language to aid leadership decision-making.

• Function effectively in an agile, matrix-based environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

• Significant experience in back-office operational execution settings.

• Proven experience in providing operational product ownership or business consulting for enterprise workflow or task management platforms.

• Strong background working at the intersection of operations and technology in complex, multi-account environments.

• Extensive experience with Verint Operations Manager or similar workflow orchestration solutions.

• Demonstrated ability to standardize, optimize, and scale operational execution models across various lines of business.
