Product Engineering Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Guatemala.

• Contribute to the advancement, scalability, and operational excellence of our products and engineering projects.

• Integrate technical leadership, product insight, and delivery management.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to achieve significant results throughout the development lifecycle.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a comparable position within a B2B SaaS or Software Development Company.

• Proven experience collaborating with remote teams and utilizing asynchronous communication.

• Proficient in English and Spanish at an advanced level.
