Product Engineer – Junior/Mid

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Regularly facilitate meetings to gather requirements with the client.

• Systematically collect and document all requirements in a structured manner.

• Quickly create prototypes using contemporary tools, including those powered by AI.

• Showcase prototypes to stakeholders, utilizing materials to refine the definition of requirements.

• Act as a liaison between business objectives and technical execution.

• Solicit feedback from users or clients and make rapid iterations.

• Play a role in enhancing product quality and user experience.

• Assist in informed decision-making from both product and technical viewpoints.

• Educational background in a technical field (e.g., Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or a related area).

• A strong product-oriented mindset paired with a technical foundation.

• Proficiency in effective communication with clients and stakeholders.

• Willingness to engage closely with clients, dedicating significant time to meetings for requirement collection.

• Experience or comfort level with rapid prototyping techniques.

• Interest in or practical experience with AI tools (either through professional work or personal projects).

• Capability to thrive in fast-paced settings with shifting requirements.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.

• A mindset of ownership along with a collaborative spirit.

• Proficiency in English at an advanced level for conducting intricate product discussions with international teams.
