Product Engineer – Care Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with care teams, operational leaders, and product managers to comprehend workflows and pinpoint areas for enhancement.

• Design, develop, and implement high-quality applications and workflow tools that facilitate clinic operations and care delivery.

• Utilize internal platform capabilities, data assets, APIs, and AI infrastructure to swiftly prototype and launch new solutions.

• Create user-facing experiences that are intuitive, dependable, and seamlessly integrated into clinical workflows.

• Develop AI-enhanced operational tools that minimize administrative workloads and boost care team efficiency.

• Convert vague operational challenges into scalable technical solutions.

• Quickly iterate based on user feedback and operational results.

• Work in tandem with Data and AI Platform teams to develop reusable platform primitives and workflow capabilities.

• Play a role in the advancement of our internal tooling ecosystem and operational technology strategy.

• Assist in establishing best practices for the rapid development and deployment of workflow applications within a healthcare setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in building customer-facing or operational software applications.

• A background in software engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline.

• Experience in creating full-stack applications or workflow tools in contemporary development environments.

• Familiarity with APIs, data platforms and models, and integration across various systems.

• Capability to independently design and execute technical solutions with minimal oversight.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in high-growth or fast-paced environments is preferred.

• Experience in healthcare, care delivery, or other operationally intensive service industries is advantageous.

• Familiarity with AI-enabled applications, LLM workflows, or agentic systems is a plus.
