Product Engineer – Backend

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Proven history of independently delivering solutions that address genuine customer or product challenges as part of a collaborative team.

• A proactive and self-driven approach to problem-solving, with a strong enthusiasm for acquiring new skills and trying out new techniques.

• A solid understanding of how exceptional technical work can enhance user experiences.

• The ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to the broader team and influence stakeholders across Engineering, Product, and Design.

• Experience in building backends using Node.js, or frontends with React or a similar framework is a plus.

• Experience in contributing to or participating in open source projects is advantageous.

• Experience with data-rich applications or processing large volumes of real-time data is considered a plus.

• A passion for experimenting with new ideas, tools, techniques, and exploring emerging technologies is beneficial.
