This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Assess product performance and pinpoint quality concerns.
• Maintain a high standard of service that fulfills customer expectations.
• Work closely with the Quality Assurance and Product Planning departments.
• Identify and select test users and fleets to assist with TBR projects.
• Perform product comparison testing, new product development, after-sales service, and warranty assistance.
• At least five (5) years of technical experience in the tire industry, ideally in tire development or field engineering.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related Automotive field is preferred.
• Equivalent experience may be accepted in place of a degree (a minimum of eight years of relevant experience is required without a degree).
• Willingness to travel up to 65% of the time across the U.S. and Canada, including some weekends.
• Extensive knowledge of commercial truck tire engineering, production processes, applications, and related industries, along with a familiarity with industry regulations, standards, and safety protocols.
• Strong diagnostic abilities for identifying and addressing commercial truck tire problems.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Dedication to adhering to company policies and safety regulations.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving history.
