This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create product offerings, strategies, and business plans for future launches.
• Monitor market trends to formulate strategies that will drive sales growth.
• Set project deadlines and ensure that product development initiatives remain on track.
• Collaborate with various departments and vendors regarding product status updates.
• Provide clear project guidelines and gather as well as integrate feedback.
• Design, implement, and oversee projects.
• Conduct research and compile reports on industry status, trend forecasts, and competitor analysis.
• Support the development and execution of operational guidelines and objectives for the product portfolio.
• Create prototypes and document product specifications.
• Analyze consumer preferences using internal tools and translate them into recommendations for product improvements or innovations.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in one of our primary product domains: Data Science, Predictive Analytics, Strategic & Operational Planning, Grantwriting, Continuous School Improvement/Turnaround, Leadership Development, or Executive Coaching.
• Background in business development.
• Strong analytical, diagnostic, critical thinking, and project management abilities.
• Outstanding interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 5% within the United States.
• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
