This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Collaborate with available company resources and organizations to initiate and oversee projects associated with HFS products that deliver value to customers and establish HFS as the preferred supplier.
• Offer field support to enhance the utilization of HFS products, ensuring complete customer satisfaction while gaining insight into customer needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations at various levels within customers’ organizations, ranging from the shop floor to engineering management.
• Coordinate with different plants on development projects to meet the planned timeline for the “going to market” phase.
• Present company resources (from Tech Center capabilities to plant expertise) to customers in order to address complex issues and set HFS apart from competitors.
• Work alongside account managers to present product features and plant capabilities to customer organizations.
• Grasp the functionality of systems (fasteners with dedicated installation tools) to offer customers a comprehensive system and continually consider new products from a system perspective.
• Combine the various capabilities of HFS plants and the extensive company product range to create projects that showcase the full breadth of company competencies.
• Analyze competitor products and systems to assess, evaluate, and implement necessary actions and improvements to our product range.
• Maintain an ongoing awareness of technological advancements outside the group that may present opportunities for innovation or collaboration.
• A Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Verification of employment eligibility will be necessary at the time of hire.

• This role requires access to export-controlled items, and employment offers are contingent upon an applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such items.
• Experience in aerospace customer support is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and related computer skills is essential.
• Familiarity with finite element analysis software and CAD software is a plus.
• Outstanding written and oral communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are required.
