This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver remote technical assistance to end users for hardware, software, and connectivity challenges.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 (Office 365).
• Manage basic user accounts within Active Directory.
• Provide support for Wi-Fi connectivity, printer troubleshooting, and general desktop assistance.
• Identify and rectify common PC and peripheral problems.
• Offer prompt, professional, and customer-centric support while ensuring clear communication with users.
• Refer advanced networking, infrastructure, and high-level technical concerns to the relevant support teams.
• Record support activities and adhere to established support protocols.
• Over 5 years of practical IT support or Help Desk experience.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 (Office 365) and Active Directory support.
• Proficient in troubleshooting Windows operating systems, hardware, printers, Wi-Fi, and common desktop software.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service.
• Capability to work independently in a remote support setting.
• Strong skills in troubleshooting, organization, and time management.
