📋 Description

• Create comprehensive product experiences from initial concept through to production.

• Convert product specifications into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and refined interfaces.

• Design user-friendly experiences across various domains including insurance, payments, claims, investments, and other financial offerings.

• Develop and uphold scalable design systems and reusable UI components.

• Work closely with engineers to guarantee accurate implementation of designs.

• Enhance usability through rapid iterations informed by product data and user feedback.

• Ensure consistency across both mobile and web platforms.

• Continuously improve interactions, accessibility, and the overall quality of the product.

• Minimum of 3 years experience in designing digital products.

• Strong portfolio that showcases product thinking and outstanding visual design abilities.

• Advanced skills in Figma and interactive prototyping.

• Solid understanding of design systems, component libraries, and responsive design principles.

• In-depth knowledge of information architecture and user flows.

• Exceptional visual design skills, including typography, spacing, layout, and interaction design.

• Capability to distill complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.

• A portfolio is mandatory.
