📋 Description

• Create comprehensive product experiences from initial concept through to production.

• Convert product specifications into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and refined interfaces.

• Design user-friendly experiences across various financial products including insurance, payments, claims, and investments.

• Develop and sustain scalable design systems and reusable UI components.

• Work closely with engineers to guarantee accurate implementation of designs.

• Enhance usability through rapid iterations informed by product data and user input.

• Ensure consistency across both mobile and web platforms.

• Continuously improve interactions, accessibility, and overall product quality.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in designing digital products.

• A strong portfolio that showcases product thinking and outstanding visual design.

• Advanced skills in Figma and interactive prototyping.

• Deep knowledge of design systems, component libraries, and responsive design principles.

• Strong grasp of information architecture and user flows.

• Exceptional visual design capabilities including typography, spacing, layout, and interaction design.

• Ability to distill complex workflows into user-friendly experiences.

• A portfolio is mandatory.
