Product Designer – Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Lead the entire product design process, encompassing discovery and user research through to prototyping and final delivery.

• Partner with product, engineering, and clinical teams to gain insights into user requirements and enhance workflows.

• Execute user research and usability testing, which may include occasional visits to hospitals to support deployments and collect feedback.

• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure the implementation is of the highest quality.

• Contribute to the evolution of our design system and advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong skills in UX execution, including research and interaction design.

• Ability to take ownership of tasks independently while working effectively within a cross-functional team.

• Capable of transforming ambiguity into clarity by simplifying complex workflows into user-friendly experiences.

• Excellent communication skills, both visual and verbal, as well as written.

• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, and familiar with tools like Dovetail, Mixpanel, and various prototyping platforms.

• Experience in contributing to design systems; while you don’t need to lead one, you should feel comfortable working within and enhancing one.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
