Product Designer – FlutterFlow, AI-First Mobile Apps

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Design user-friendly mobile application experiences.

• Develop user flows and wireframes.

• Create interactive prototypes.

• Enhance customer journeys.

• Validate design ideas prior to development.

• Construct production-ready applications using FlutterFlow.

• Develop reusable components.

• Maintain scalable design systems.

• Integrate APIs and backend services.

• Assist with testing and deployment.

• Utilize AI to enhance:

• - Product ideation

• - UX research

• - Wireframing

• - Documentation

• - Interface design

• - Component generation

• - Testing

• - Workflow optimization

• - Product planning

• Work collaboratively with Product, UX/UI, AI Engineering, Technical Architecture, Marketing, Operations, Developers, and Leadership to deliver outstanding digital experiences.

• Continuously enhance usability, optimize user flows, minimize friction, boost engagement, improve accessibility, and consistently elevate product quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional experience in building applications with FlutterFlow.

• Strong grasp of mobile UX and UI principles.

• Experience in designing customer journeys and user flows.

• Capability to quickly prototype concepts.

• Proven history of shipping real FlutterFlow applications to production.

• Exceptional UI skills: capable of delivering pixel-perfect execution and consistent design systems within FlutterFlow.

• Solid skills in integration: REST APIs, authentication flows, state management, offline/latency conditions, caching patterns, and handling error/empty/loading states.

• Comfort with custom coding when necessary (custom actions/functions/widgets) while prioritizing FlutterFlow.

• You are AI-native: actively utilizing modern AI tools for development/design/testing and able to articulate your workflow effectively.

• You are organized: keep ClickUp updated, communicate effectively, and document decisions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote setting.

• AI-First Product Design Experience: We are specifically seeking someone who fully embraces AI in product development. Experience using AI for:

• - UX research

• - Wireframing

• - Interface generation

• - Documentation

• - User stories

• - Product planning

• - Testing

• - Quality assurance

• - Workflow optimization

• - Rapid prototyping will be highly valued.

• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in one or more of the following areas will be highly appreciated: Flutter, Firebase, Supabase, API integrations, No-code platforms, Low-code platforms, SaaS products, AI products, HealthTech, Education technology, Product analytics, Mobile app publishing, Design systems, Figma.

• Monthly Base Compensation: USD $1,500 - $2,200 per month, contingent upon your FlutterFlow experience, product design skills, technical expertise, AI knowledge, and overall fit for the role.
