This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas, +1 more state.
• Leading and implementing innovative and captivating digital products that enhance customer satisfaction and drive business outcomes. Collaborating within cross-functional product development teams to create deliverables and artifacts, including requirement visualizations, participatory designs, concept models, scenarios, user journeys/flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual designs.
• Offering insights and guidance to ensure intuitive and groundbreaking solutions while maintaining consistency with established experience design principles and guidelines, adhering to design systems and branding.
• Providing constructive critiques to fellow Product Designers to guarantee the team produces high-quality, data-driven experience designs and visual presentations.
• Collaborating with UX researchers and other product leaders to test and refine the end-to-end digital experience, aiming to maintain cohesion across the wider digital ecosystem and address cross-application design issues.
• Evaluating and enhancing the performance of both new and existing products and services by conducting or participating in usability tests and analyzing analytics data.
• Presenting work to product stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Collaborating with the development and design system teams to ensure the accurate and consistent implementation of design solutions.
• Developing user journey maps, workflows, personas, day-in-the-life scenarios, and use case summaries to deepen the organization’s understanding of our users.
• Leading design-focused workshops with cross-functional stakeholders based on opportunities identified through research.
• Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience.
• Driven by user-centered design and design thinking methodologies.
• Experience in building and launching features/products that provide an end-to-end experience across various platforms.
• Proven ability to design intuitive and impactful mobile applications.
• Practical experience with Figma and other prototyping tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Case studies that illustrate your approach and design process in solving complex, data-driven problems.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Preferred: Previous experience utilizing Salesforce.
