This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Create straightforward, practical, and modular products that are easy to manufacture.
• Suggest design alternatives that require minimal sewing and exhibit limited technical complexity.
• Develop products designed to be cost-effective in production.
• Generate initial prototypes before moving to industrialization.
• Assemble the necessary technical specification sheets for production.
• Anticipate production limitations to minimize unnecessary revisions.
• Operate efficiently with a pragmatic and results-driven mindset.
• Proven experience in product design, collection development, or textile/accessory development.
• Capability to convert an idea into a feasible industrial product.
• Knowledge of manufacturing limitations including cost, materials, sewing, assembly, and production timelines.
• Proficiency in creating clear, actionable technical specification sheets.
• Demonstrated autonomy, speed, and attention to detail.
• A portfolio showcasing examples of developed products, prototypes, technical sheets, or production dossiers.
• Opportunity for freelance or contract work.
• Collaboration may start with one or more test products.
• Possibility for a more consistent workload if quality, speed, and pricing meet our expectations.
