Product Designer

📋 Description

• Provide well-organized UX and UI solutions for internal tools utilized by employees in their daily tasks (Customer Support, Marketing, People, Sales, etc.).

• Collaborate extensively with fellow designers (senior, mid-level, junior), product managers, analysts, and engineers from various sectors (pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, banking, insurance, food, energy, etc.), ensuring that design choices reflect user requirements, business objectives, and product limitations.

• Work with increasing autonomy, handling design assignments of medium complexity and gradually taking responsibility for entire workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ability to design clear user flows, information architecture, and interaction patterns for features of medium complexity.

• Strong focus on detail in interface design, typography, spacing, hierarchy, and visual consistency.

• Capability to create interactive prototypes to test concepts, validate workflows, and communicate design solutions, alongside conducting user interviews with feedback analysis.

• Experience in working with and contributing to design systems to ensure scalability and uniformity.

• Skill in translating product requirements and business goals into well-structured design solutions.

• Ability to integrate insights from user research, benchmarks, analytics, or usability testing into design choices.

• Advanced proficiency in tools such as Figma and prototyping software to efficiently produce high-quality deliverables.

• Exhibits curiosity and expanding knowledge in AI-driven tools and workflows, leveraging AI for research, ideation, prototyping, content creation, or productivity enhancements.

• Clearly communicates design rationale, decisions, and trade-offs to stakeholders and team members.

• Collaborates effectively with product managers, analysts, engineers, and other designers to deliver optimal solutions.

• Demonstrates dependability in achieving results and taking ownership of assigned product areas.

• Proactively identifies challenges, explores solutions, and seeks alignment with team objectives.

• Shows eagerness and openness to learning new tools, methods, and technologies (including AI).

• Actively engages in design critiques and incorporates feedback in a constructive manner.

• Balances independent work with proactive alignment across stakeholders and teams.
