Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Play an integral role in the product development lifecycle.

• Collaborate effectively with product designers, researchers, content strategists, product managers, engineers, and customer support teams.

• Design user-centered experiences that empower micro business owners by simplifying business financial management.

• Address user and business needs during the discovery phase and refine product design solutions.

• Comprehend and contribute to the development and evolution of Wave's product strategy.

• Develop and implement a research plan in collaboration with the User Research Team, conducting concept testing, usability testing, and user interviews.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of professional product design experience for mobile and web applications, with a solid understanding of experience and visual design principles.

• Humble, willing to receive and provide constructive feedback, and collaborate with the entire design team.

• Experience in conducting research methods such as user interviews, usability testing, surveys, etc.

• Proficient in using Figma as your main design tool and experienced in prototyping.

• A passionate self-starter with outstanding communication skills committed to delivering high-quality results.

• Excel in both autonomous and collaborative environments while working cross-functionally on design projects from inception to delivery.

• Keep abreast of current design trends and best practices.
