This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for product design from inception to handoff to the engineering team.

• Develop a design system from the ground up.

• Create user interfaces for intricate financial processes such as invoice processing, bank reconciliation, and period-end close management.

• Collaborate with the engineering team during the implementation phase to ensure design accuracy in the final product.

• Engage in discussions with clients to confirm design choices with actual users.

• Help shape the visual direction of the product as it transitions towards a more conversational AI model.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in product design.

• A portfolio showcasing visual judgment and product strategy—demonstrating not only polished interfaces but also design choices informed by business considerations.

• Experience with SaaS or fintech products featuring high-density information interfaces.

• Capability to work independently as the sole designer within a small team lacking a defined structure.

• Proficiency in Figma.

• Fluent in conversational English.

• Experience in a startup environment or a strong desire to work at that pace.

• Familiarity with AI tools in your design workflow is an advantage.
