Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Take charge of establishing and maintaining the visual identity and standardization of strategic materials for the Data, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence Division;

• Strategize and implement internal communications to highlight the team's products, initiatives, and projects, fostering employee engagement and adoption;

• Analyze and comprehend the existing content and communication channels utilized by the Data and AI community;

• Conduct audience assessments and recommend segmentation strategies, formats, and channels that are most effective for each communication;

• Design and execute a strategic communication schedule for various products and initiatives within the area;

• Facilitate the advancement of internal data products by identifying areas for enhancement and aiding business teams in prioritizing initiatives;

• Utilize UX and user-centered design principles in the creation and organization of content, journeys, and communication experiences;

• Create executive presentations, managerial materials, institutional content, and various other communication artifacts;

• Organize and manage documentation for the area’s products, processes, and initiatives, ensuring governance, timely updates, and easy access to information;

• Develop workflows and processes for knowledge maintenance and management;

• Serve as a liaison between Data, Analytics, AI, Product, and Business teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and consistency in communications;

• Aid in promoting a culture of data and artificial intelligence through communication and experience initiatives;

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed or in-progress Bachelor's degree in Design, Digital Design, UX Design, Communications, Advertising, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or similar fields;

• Prior experience in design, communications, user experience, or digital products;

• Strong logical reasoning, commitment, organizational abilities, teamwork, dynamism, flexibility, and accountability;
