Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the design process from problem identification to product launch.

• Work closely with advisors to gain insight into issues and guide the design.

• Utilize and enhance the design system to maintain high-quality standards.

• Provide and accept constructive feedback to refine solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in designing complex multi-user applications.

• Proficient in Figma and AI tools such as Claude Code and Cursor.

• Strong systems thinking skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.

• Willingness to work diligently and deliver results on a daily basis.

• A genuine passion for visual design and clarity in implementation.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and collaborating effectively with Product Owners and Engineers.

• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to provide constructive pushback.
