Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• You will assume responsibility for the delivery of product design on small to medium-sized projects, applying design thinking and practical solutions from initial concept through to final delivery.

• You will collaborate across various disciplines and articulate design decisions effectively.

• Design user-focused, accessible experiences that span journeys, interactions, and information architecture.

• Develop and refine prototypes and design outputs based on insights and feedback.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and researchers to achieve common objectives.

• Proven experience in designing user flows, interfaces, and prototypes for digital products.

• Solid understanding of user-centered, accessible, and inclusive design principles.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality UX and UI design work in agile settings and at a rapid pace.

• Capability to communicate design decisions clearly and confidently to diverse audiences.

• A portfolio showcasing thoughtful, user-focused design along with clear reasoning behind design choices.

• A growth mindset, enthusiasm for learning, and evidence of experimentation in both experience design and work methodologies.

• Experience in designing and conducting research on AI, as well as creating AI-powered end-user experiences.
