Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop embedded finance solutions for clients and cardholders

• Take ownership of a feature area, collaborating with senior team members to implement designs and facilitate cross-functional collaboration

• Ensure design quality in the areas under your supervision

• Work closely with cross-functional partners and key stakeholders on all facets of product, design, and development

• Champion user needs while aligning them with business objectives to make informed and balanced decisions

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of relevant design experience within a tech or product-driven organization, or at a design agency

• A portfolio that highlights comprehensive examples of B2B/enterprise products and tools

• Proficiency in product, interaction, and visual design, complemented by a strong standard of craft and aesthetic judgment

• Experience in executing design projects from inception to completion

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

• Strong presentation and storytelling skills

• Ability to work effectively with distributed teams
