Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete product design process for Knotch’s platform, beginning with discovery and ideation, and progressing through prototyping, visual design, and implementation.

• Spearhead the design efforts for a new AI-driven product currently under development, contributing to the establishment of core concepts, workflows, and user interfaces that are yet to be defined.

• Work closely with leadership, product management, and engineering teams to address complex challenges and deliver high-quality solutions.

• Transform vague requirements and evolving ideas into thoughtful and user-friendly experiences.

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs utilizing modern design tools, with a primary focus on Figma.

• Bring strong graphic and visual design expertise to product UI, web, and supporting marketing experiences.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure that designs are practical, scalable, and accurately executed.

• Continuously refine designs based on feedback, data insights, and the evolving product strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in product design, preferably with a design agency or in B2B SaaS or platform-based products.

• Experience in designing AI-enabled or data-driven products is highly preferred.

• Proven ability to manage the entire design lifecycle, from research and conception to the final product launch.

• Strong foundations in UI/UX with a demonstrated history of delivering exceptional solutions to complex challenges.

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous, and dynamic environments with changing priorities.

• A versatile designer who excels not only in UX/UI but also possesses strong visual, interactive, and graphic design abilities.

• Possesses clear perspectives on what constitutes great design, along with the confidence to challenge existing patterns when necessary.

• A collaborative individual with experience working alongside technical teams, including distributed or offshore teams.
