This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive workflows for intricate web and mobile applications.

• Work in close partnership with product managers, engineers, and researchers.

• Utilize user-centered design principles, customer insights, and product usage data to identify challenges, formulate hypotheses, and steer product direction.

• Create and refine user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

• Test and validate concepts and designs.

• Collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering teams throughout the design and delivery phases.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in Product Design, User Experience Design, or a similar field.

• A portfolio showcasing comprehensive product design, workflow design, research-based decision making, interaction design, and visual design capabilities.

• Strong comprehension of design processes, spanning from research to prototyping to testing.

• Proficient in Figma.

• Familiar with collaboration tools like Jira or Miro.

• Experience working with a component-based design system.

• Knowledge of product analytics, behavioral data, or usage-tracking instruments.
