Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete design workflow for mobile and web applications, from concept to refined user interface.

• Develop sleek, contemporary, and highly effective user interfaces using Figma.

• Contribute valuable UX insights during product discussions and collaborate closely with product managers and engineers.

• Act swiftly: design, test, iterate, and refine every aspect with a keen aesthetic eye.

• Take charge of your projects: you’ll organize your own schedule, tasks, and creative vision.

• Stay updated on design trends, UX best practices, and innovative tools within the AI product domain.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in mobile product design.

• A robust portfolio showcasing an eye for aesthetics, meticulous attention to detail, effective UX strategies, and strong problem-solving capabilities.

• Comprehensive knowledge of iOS and Android design standards, including Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines and Google’s Material Design principles; ability to adapt platform-specific user behaviors, interaction patterns, and interface expectations into design choices.

• Advanced skills in Figma, covering component structures, prototyping, auto layout, design systems, and developer handoff processes.

• Experience throughout the entire product design lifecycle, including wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity screens, interactive prototypes, and developer handoff methodologies.

• Familiarity with motion design tools such as Rive or Lottie, with a solid understanding of micro-interactions and product animations.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude, capable of distilling complex user flows into clear, intuitive, and seamless experiences.

• Ability to take complete ownership of the design process, proactively address issues, make informed choices, and independently propel projects forward.

• Capable of offering innovative ideas regarding UX flows, usability, and overall product experience, and able to articulate design decisions clearly.

• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities, with a knack for working closely with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams while effectively conveying ideas.

• Highly inquisitive about emerging technologies, with hands-on experience using AI tools in design or product workflows, or a strong desire to innovate in this area.

• Preferred: Basic experience in motion design, video editing, or visual storytelling.
