📋 Description

• Apply design thinking principles to create straightforward and user-friendly experiences for native mobile applications and responsive web.

• Collaborate equally with other departments to shape product vision and develop roadmaps, effectively weighing trade-offs based on business and user requirements.

• Leverage a profound understanding of user-centered design in daily tasks related to solution discovery, design execution, and iterative improvements.

• Advocate for consistent experiences across various platforms and contribute to the development and evolution of our design system.

• Assist in establishing our product design practice to facilitate scaling while delivering our best work.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience as a UX/UI designer, with a preference for backgrounds in Android and/or iOS mobile applications, SMB SaaS, and/or payments.

• Proven experience applying Product-led Growth principles in your work.

• Background in designing for both native mobile and responsive web platforms.

• A well-considered portfolio showcasing product design, service design, and product strategy.

• An empathetic approach to understanding user needs, facilitating impactful design solutions.

• Ability to discern between ‘good’ and ‘great’ experiences.

• Designed interactions, flows, and experiences that are intuitive and validated through user feedback.

• A strong user focus—your design choices are informed by research, usability testing, and quantitative data.

• Comfort with ambiguity and a passion for identifying and defining problems rather than solely designing solutions.

• Strong presentation and storytelling skills.

• Experience working collaboratively within multifunctional teams, including a product manager and an engineering lead.

• Expertise in developing, collaborating on, and refining brand and design guidelines to maintain a consistent and cohesive visual identity across products.

• Skilled in translating brand values into design elements that resonate with target audiences.

• Proficient in using A/B testing methodologies to iteratively enhance UI/UX elements within live products.

• Proven ability to implement UI/UX modifications based on testing results and effectively measure user impact to guide design decisions.

• Strong initiative, meticulous attention to detail, and adept problem-solving skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Adobe CC, Jira, Productboard, Maze, or similar user experience testing platforms.
