Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Lead the visual design and product strategy: quickly create, enhance, and deliver interfaces that are not just functional, but also distinctive and impactful.

• Collaborate across various disciplines: work closely with researchers and engineers to explore innovative interactions. Utilize experimentation, prototyping, and iteration to discover new ways for users to engage with our products and AI overall.

• Take ownership of end-to-end impact: You won’t merely carry out specifications handed down from others. Rather, you will actively shape what is developed, contributing to design decisions, influencing user experience, and driving execution from concept to launch.

• Define the future of human–AI interaction: Embrace the challenge of creating new interaction paradigms that transcend current conventions. Your contributions will help reshape how users interact with AI systems in ways that feel intuitive and natural.

⛳️ Requirements

• A robust portfolio that demonstrates your skills in UX, UI, and interaction design.

• At least 4 years of experience as a product designer.

• A solid grasp of design principles, typography, layout, and motion.

• Experience collaborating across the design–engineering interface (creating prototypes, implementing design systems, or similar).

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to articulate complex ideas clearly.

• A passion for working on cutting-edge AI products and determining their aesthetic and functional aspects.

• Enthusiasm for thriving in fast-paced environments with significant ownership.
