📋 Description

• Lead and oversee a small team of product designers, ensuring effective project prioritization, team cohesion, and timely delivery of exceptional design work.

• Mentor and motivate your team, cultivating a culture of feedback, learning, and innovation through regular critiques, coaching, and skill enhancement.

• Manage project timelines, roadmaps, and design workflows to ensure the team consistently produces high-quality work on schedule.

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and executives to convert strategic objectives into user-friendly design solutions.

• Advocate for user-centered design by utilizing qualitative and quantitative research, usability testing, and behavioral insights to inform design decisions.

• Ensure design uniformity and scalability by applying design systems and atomic design principles.

• Promote accessibility (a11y) and inclusive design, making certain our products are usable by a diverse audience.

• Work together with analytics and product teams to assess the impact of design and enhance experiences based on data.
