Product Design Director – Doctors & Clinics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• You will spearhead the design for the complete experience of doctors and clinics on Docplanner: from the practice management tools that facilitate their daily operations, to the AI layer that supports them during consultations and beyond, as well as how they discover and develop on our platform.

• You will have the opportunity to recruit and build your own team from scratch.

• You will collaborate closely with engineering and product leadership as an equal partner — not merely as a service to them.

• You will engage directly with the users of your creations, uncovering insights they may struggle to express, and transforming those insights into seamless solutions that integrate effortlessly into their workflows.

• The individuals using your designs have chosen to pursue a career in medicine, not software; they should never perceive a distinction.
