Product Delivery Transition Analyst – SAP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the transfer of knowledge (KT) from delivery teams to L4 Support, AMS, and PS organizations.

• Collaborate with L4, AMS, and PS teams to ensure preparedness for post-transition support.

• Take responsibility for the creation and upkeep of technical documentation for internal teams to facilitate ongoing operations.

• Aid in the development and maintenance of client-facing documentation.

• Ensure that documentation encompasses Brazil Tax Reform processes, configuration, integration points, and support scenarios.

• Provide support for hypercare activities before and after client go-live, ensuring quick identification and resolution of issues.

• Lead triage efforts for issues arising before and after go-live and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

• Assist with client cases by offering subject matter expertise and guidance.

• Facilitate the transition of work into established L4 support processes and models.

• Support Scrum teams by contributing to solution design through QA validation.

• Participate in identifying opportunities to enhance transition processes and bolster long-term support capabilities.

• Engage in troubleshooting efforts for Tax & Regulatory client cases, providing resolutions and guidance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, accounting, financial background, or equivalent experience.

• Experience in supporting SAP environments within LATAM or Brazil-specific tax and regulatory contexts.

• Understanding of Brazil Tax Reform topics (IBS, CBS, and upcoming regulatory changes).

• Experience working with SAP support processes, AMS, L4, or product development teams.

• Preferred background in transition management, knowledge transfer, or cross-functional coordination.

• Proficiency in SAP configuration, functional analysis, or technical troubleshooting.

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is advantageous.

• Bilingual in Portuguese and English (both written and conversational).
