• Collaborate with Product Managers to establish KPIs, assess success, and enhance ongoing discovery methodologies.
• Evaluate product usage, customer behavior, and funnel performance to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Assist in experimentation and A/B testing initiatives by assessing outcomes and converting insights into actionable recommendations.
• Construct and sustain dashboards and reports using tools such as Metabase and Amplitude.
• Create analyses that aid teams in boosting product adoption, engagement, and retention.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to guarantee consistent metric definitions and reliable reporting.
• Utilize SQL, dbt, and analytical tools to transform and scrutinize product data.
• Facilitate self-service analytics by training stakeholders on dashboards, reporting tools, and best practices.
• Convey complex findings in a clear and effective manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Promote a culture of experimentation, curiosity, and data-driven decision-making throughout Product and Engineering teams.
• Over 2 years of experience in product analytics, data analytics, or a similar domain.
• Proficient SQL skills and experience with contemporary analytics tools such as dbt, Metabase, Amplitude, Secoda, or comparable platforms.
• Proven experience in supporting product experimentation and A/B testing efforts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a talent for transforming complex data into actionable insights.
• Experience in constructing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for business stakeholders.
• Capable of clearly communicating findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative product environment.
• Experience collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams in a SaaS context.
• Familiarity with cohort analysis, funnel optimization, and behavioral analytics.
• Background in statistics, experimentation methodology, or quantitative analysis.
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning, experimentation, and enhancing decision-making through data.
