Product Data Analyst – Fintech, Payments

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the delivery process for the Billing and Data teams by managing team backlogs and facilitating Agile ceremonies.

• Create comprehensive feature epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

• Execute and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Organize release planning, draft detailed release notes, and handle internal rollout communications.

• Collaborate with fellow Product Owners to handle cross-team dependencies.

• Work alongside Product Managers to grasp product strategy.

• Ensure transparency by updating stakeholders on upcoming tasks, progress, and timelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager.

• Demonstrated ability to become the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the products and features you oversee.

• Strong knowledge of cloud-based data platforms, pipelines, and tools (BigQuery, dbt, Airflow, etc.).

• Capability to write and execute SQL queries against BigQuery as part of UAT validation.

• Proficient in Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma).

• Experience in conducting and managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Strong communication skills suitable for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience coordinating software release cycles, quality assurance processes, and documentation.

• A passion for understanding end users and converting insights into actionable product improvements.

• Nice to Have: Background in financial systems, billing platforms, or accounting modules within a SaaS or fintech context.
