Product Counsel – Crypto, Bridge

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Join an expanding team of Product Counsel dedicated to assisting Stripe in delivering compliant products.

• Aid in navigating compliance within technology, e-commerce user experiences, and financial services.

• Collaborate with various teams at Stripe on product development and commercialization matters.

• Work in close partnership with Stripe’s global legal team.

• Define and establish processes for legal review and product launches.

• Keep abreast of laws and regulations related to cryptocurrency and stablecoins.

• Act as a proactive and strategic business partner to senior management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience as a qualified attorney in a prestigious law firm, in-house legal department, and/or government agency.

• Knowledge of cryptocurrency and stablecoin product development, along with relevant laws and regulations.

• A strong interest in technology and the ability to quickly grasp complex business models and product use cases.

• Must be a qualified attorney in the United States.

• Exceptional judgment with the capability to make informed decisions despite incomplete information.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent project management abilities and adept at working under tight deadlines.
