Product Consultant, Financial IT – Focus: Restructuring & Resolution

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You provide on-site support to banking teams in optimizing and efficiently utilizing “Reclaim.”

• You create and deliver training sessions and workshops, both digitally and in-person.

• You offer guidance on restructuring, liquidation, and termination processes, along with corporate client management in challenging scenarios.

• You assist with integration into regulatory reporting (e.g., Deutsche Bundesbank) and ensure workflows are compliant.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in resolution and debt collection processes within German retail banking, as well as in commercial and corporate banking.

• In-depth knowledge of German banking regulations, procedures, and bank-specific expectations.

• Experience in receivables and debt management in the banking sector is a plus.

• Vocational training or a degree in banking, finance, business informatics, or economics.

• Additional training/certification in:

• Annual financial statements in accordance with HGB (preferred)

• Regulatory reporting

• Recovery and restructuring

• Experience in the Financial IT (FI) sector is advantageous.

• Willingness to travel across Germany.

• Native or fluent proficiency in German (both spoken and written); English is a plus.

• Strong communication skills, process-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently.
