This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Take full ownership of assigned OCP product areas from initial problem definition and prototyping all the way to production delivery.
• Enhance platform adoption by delivering validated solutions rather than just specifications.
• Achieve measurable reductions in friction throughout the OCP builder journey, primarily using usage data and field feedback.
• Work independently within the Developer Experience pod, minimizing delivery dependencies on larger engineering cycles for tasks that fall within your scope.
• Serve as a credible product voice during cross-functional reviews, customer escalations, and internal stakeholder discussions as needed.
• Collaborate with Product leadership to align on roadmap priorities and actively contribute to the iterative development of the Developer Experience pod’s direction.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics for designated Developer Experience areas within OCP.
• Independently ship features from concept to production, utilizing AI-coding tools to facilitate exploration and develop internal tools.
• Validate hypotheses with functional software before committing to full engineering cycles, prioritizing rapid, evidence-based iterations over extensive upfront specifications.
• Identify and resolve friction points in the OCP builder journey by analyzing usage data, field feedback, and observing interactions between Omilia teams, partners, and customer configurators with the platform.
• Prioritize backlog items based on their impact on builders, platform scalability, and delivery feasibility; exercise sound judgment in balancing speed and quality.
• Actively collaborate with engineering squads on features that go beyond individual responsibilities; provide clear product direction and facilitate delivery without micromanaging.
• Contribute to the advancement of agentic application design patterns on OCP as the platform’s AI capabilities grow.
• Represent the product in customer-facing situations as required, including escalation calls and product reviews, clearly articulating decisions and roadmap direction.
• Uphold documentation standards in Confluence and Jira that enable engineering partners and the broader Product team to build upon your work.
• 2–7 years of experience in product management, product engineering, or a hybrid role in a SaaS or enterprise software company, showcasing a proven track record of delivering products to production.
• Hands-on building skills robust enough to prototype, deploy, and iterate on features independently; proficiency in at least one programming language (Python preferred) and comfort working directly in codebases.
• Significant experience with conversational AI, voice or IVR platforms, contact center technology, speech applications, or chatbot development; familiarity with the contact center domain is a notable advantage.
• Strong understanding of AI/LLM concepts: prompt engineering, RAG architectures, intent classification, and agentic workflow design.
• Developer experience mindset: API design principles, flow builder ergonomics, documentation quality, and structured onboarding — especially in no-code/low-code and agentic environments.
• Data literacy sufficient for interpreting usage analytics, creating lightweight dashboards, and testing product assumptions without depending on a dedicated data team.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Git, and Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
• (Nice to have) Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, or MCP (Model Context Protocol); Agile/Scrum certification (PSPO, CSPO, or equivalent).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computational Linguistics, Digital Humanities, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be accepted in lieu of formal qualifications.
• Business-level proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Proficiency in additional European languages (Greek, Italian, German, French, Spanish) is a plus.
