Product Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Taking responsibility for the quality and standards of metrics publishing across data teams, ensuring that datasets consistently support dashboards and client feeds.

• Collaborating across functions with Data, Engineering, and Product to establish requirements, prioritize enhancements, and foster the adoption of best practices.

• Enhancing and scaling data platform workflows, from ingestion through transformation to delivery, to boost internal productivity and client value.

• Utilizing AI tools to optimize workflows, automate processes, and enhance data quality and efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 2–4 years of experience in product management, analytics, data, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrate strong data fluency, including proficiency in SQL and familiarity with contemporary data platforms (e.g., Databricks), pipelines, and PySpark.

• Have experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering or data teams and/or an understanding of the product development lifecycle (e.g., agile methodologies).

• Enjoy tackling ambiguous challenges and creating structure in undefined scenarios.

• Show a deep commitment to data quality, consistency, and scalability.

• Be comfortable and familiar with AI tools (e.g., LLMs, prompt engineering, workflow automation) as facilitators of productivity.

• Exhibit strong analytical, communication, and teamwork abilities.

• Be curious, adaptable, and enthusiastic about learning.
