Product Analytics Team Lead – New Products

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Serve as a key support to product leads (PMs): assist in defining success metrics for pilot programs and assess the traction of new products.

• Develop analytics from the ground up: create data collection systems and ensure reliable monitoring from the outset.

• Analyze the effectiveness of new product launches.

• Lead and expand the team: mentor team members, conduct one-on-one meetings, establish processes within a rapidly growing function, as well as plan the roadmap and oversee execution and timelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a Product Analyst.

• More than 2 years of experience in team management.

• Strong understanding of mathematical statistics and probability theory.

• Proficient in Python (including libraries such as NumPy, pandas, matplotlib, seaborn, and scikit-learn).

• Advanced skills in SQL.

• Familiarity with BI tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, Metabase).
