Product Analytics Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact between Product Analytics and the Data/BI teams, ensuring alignment on data requirements and priorities.

• Specify data needs and assist in the design of event taxonomy.

• Maintain data quality, consistency, and governance standards throughout datasets.

• Facilitate scalable reporting and optimize datasets in line with the enterprise data strategy.

• Establish and manage experimentation standards to guarantee statistical validity and consistency.

• Evaluate experiment results and analytical outputs to ensure quality and precision.

• Guide analysts in statistical reasoning and analytical frameworks.

• Promote ongoing enhancement of experimentation practices across teams.

• Mentor and assist Product Analytics Analysts in their technical and professional development.

• Aid in prioritizing the product roadmap through insights driven by data.

• Convert intricate analyses into straightforward, strategic recommendations.

• Share insights with senior stakeholders and leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Product Analytics, Data Analytics, or Data Science.

• Extensive experience working with SQL and managing large datasets.

• Demonstrated experience in leading experimentation and A/B testing projects.

• Experience in collaborating with BI and Data Engineering teams.

• Advanced knowledge of statistics (e.g., hypothesis testing, regression, segmentation).

• Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to validate methodologies and approaches.

• Experience in designing scalable analytical frameworks.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Background in mentoring or coaching analysts.

• Strategic mindset with the ability to influence decision-making processes.

• Comfortable working in a fully remote, cross-functional setup.

• Willingness to collaborate with departments across different time zones.

• Proficiency in English at a B2 level.
