This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Accountable for transforming data into actionable insights and automated processes that boost revenue generation and improve Go-to-Market strategies.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining analytical models, dashboards, and automated contact workflows, ensuring data integrity, metric consistency, and strategic backing for Product, Marketing, and Sales teams.
• Conduct analyses and create automations that connect customer behavior with product performance, facilitating swift, precise decisions regarding monetization, engagement, and retention strategies.
• Assist leadership and Product Managers in overseeing essential revenue indicators and devising conversion strategies to optimize value per customer and for each product.
• At least 3 years of experience in product analytics, analytics engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in advanced SQL.
• Understanding of product metrics such as funnel, cohort, retention, LTV/NRR, and revenue per product.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools (preferably Power BI).
• Knowledge of CRM automation tools (Dynamics/HubSpot) and iPaaS solutions (Power Automate/Make/Zapier).
• Familiarity with applied AI techniques, including classification, segmentation, summarization, and message generation.
• Preferred: experience in data modeling (star and snowflake schemas).
• Background in creating efficient views is a plus.
