Product Analyst Jr/Pl – Tax Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as a liaison among Product, Customer Success (CS), Support, Pre-sales, Sales, and Technology teams.

• Conduct preliminary evaluations of requests, issues, and opportunities.

• Organize and structure data to aid the Product Manager's decision-making process.

• Prioritize items such as enhancements, bugs, inquiries, and customer requests.

• Create clear and concise summaries of various requests.

• Assist in organizing and facilitating meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-ups.

• Record and monitor requests using tools like Azure DevOps.

• Oversee pending items, deadlines, and the status of requests.

• Integrate information from multiple teams.

• Support the Product Manager with operational processes and backlog management.

• Engage in client meetings to collect context and insights.

• Ensure that decisions and information are thoroughly documented.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, IT, Product Management, Accounting, or related fields.

• Experience or a keen interest in digital products, SaaS, ERP, or B2B solutions.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Possess an analytical, organized, and investigative mindset.

• Comfortable in organizing information while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Capable of bridging the gap between technical and business teams.

• Strong prioritization skills with a focus on impact and risk assessment.

• Proficient with spreadsheets, documentation, and management tools.

• Previous experience in Support, Customer Success, Product, Implementation, or Pre-Sales is an advantage.

• Basic understanding of fiscal documents such as NF-e, NFS-e, CT-e, MDF-e, etc. is a plus.

• Familiarity with XML, SEFAZ, and fiscal systems is advantageous.

• Experience with tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, Trello, or similar platforms is a plus.

• Background in ERP, fiscal software, or B2B solutions is beneficial.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus.

• Experience in client interactions or conducting client meetings is advantageous.

• Knowledge of Brazilian tax legislation is a plus.

• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, CRM systems, or Confluence is advantageous.
