This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Identify, evaluate, and monitor the progress of requests related to products.
• Collaborate effectively with leadership and other members of the product management team regarding team priorities.
• Conduct research and collect information necessary to support responses to product inquiries.
• Assist in the creation, updating, and maintenance of product documentation.
• Work alongside product leadership to establish a systematic approach for product documentation and the organization of the product portfolio.
• Aid in the development and upkeep of product training materials, including but not limited to external user guides, product descriptions, and internal reference guides.
• Support coordination with marketing in the creation of product collateral.
• Collaborate and build relationships with internal teams such as operations, sales, account management, marketing, and others.
• Assist in evaluating new product opportunities and partnerships when necessary.
• Provide support to the product management team with initiatives and special projects.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in product/portfolio management or a similar role.
• Project management skills are an advantage.
• Previous experience in the health insurance industry is strongly preferred.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Capability to prioritize multiple initiatives effectively.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for tasks and projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
