Producing Branch Manager, Retail

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee a high-achieving retail origination team

• Recruit, hire, and nurture Loan Originators and support personnel

• Drive production, performance metrics, and enhance customer experience

• Ensure compliance, adherence to pricing, and efficient operational execution

• Address escalations and collaborate effectively with senior leadership

• Manage branch financials and oversee expenses

• Maintain personal production alongside leadership duties

• Contribute to the evolution of the retail business model

⛳️ Requirements

• NMLS License is mandatory; multi-state licensing may be necessary

• Over 3 years of experience managing a mortgage sales team with demonstrated success

• More than 5 years in mortgage sales within a high-performance setting

• Extensive understanding of mortgage products, compliance, and pricing

• Proven track record in recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent

• Strong business acumen and a commanding leadership presence

• Capability to manage multiple priorities without compromising profitability
