This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.
• Create comprehensive, multi-format assets that include graphic design, video, animation, web design, and copy based on briefs provided by your assigned Creative Director, requiring minimal supervision and few revision cycles.
• Operate independently from the initial brief to final delivery, making informed creative decisions within the scope of the brief without needing continuous guidance.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance and scale production tasks such as asset creation, format conversion, and motion templates, allowing you to concentrate on the creative strategy and human elements that technology cannot replicate.
• Guide the Multimedia Producer assigned to your projects by overseeing simpler or repetitive tasks, allowing yourself to focus on the most complex creative challenges.
• Engage specialized professionals in video, web design, motion, or copy when specific deliverables necessitate expert input, while primarily relying on your own capabilities.
• Thoroughly review and assess every brief before commencing execution to identify potential gaps and creative risks, preventing the emergence of revision cycles.
• Manage a significant portfolio of concurrent projects, ensuring timelines are adhered to and communicating proactively when priorities or capacities change.
• Exemplify high creative standards and promote the adoption of AI tools by developing and sharing production workflows that enhance overall efficiency.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in a creative production position across multiple disciplines.
• Proven ability to work independently in at least three of the following areas: graphic design, video production, motion/animation, web design, and copywriting.
• A portfolio that demonstrates both diversity and quality, with evidence of transforming briefs into finished products with minimal revision cycles.
• Practical experience with AI creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or RunwayML, utilized to enhance actual production work instead of substituting creative thought.
• Experience working within a structured brand system, consistently applying standards across various formats and channels.
• A background in a brand, in-house creative team, or agency setting is preferred.
• A bachelor's degree in design, fine arts, multimedia, or communications is preferred.
