Procurement Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Support all facets of procurement operations and overall vendor management for designated client accounts.

• Oversee, review, and collaborate with team members to create bid packages, facilitate RFP processes, and evaluate quotations.

• Administer vendor accreditation, onboarding, and continuous vendor management.

• Prepare and lead contract negotiations with suppliers.

• Utilize the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool for vendor contracting processes, storage, administration, and overall compliance.

• Monitor and report on vendor performance trends.

• Ensure adherence to contract compliance with C&W and/or client policies, and review service agreement compliance.

• Maintain organized documentation and establish tracking systems for vendor documentation compliance.

• Assist in resolving vendor-related issues from both the Client and Account Team.

• Deliver exceptional client presentations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Facilities Management/Indirect Procurement or a comparable role.

• Familiarity with the legal aspects of contracting, including the ability to read and interpret contracts and related documentation.

• Targeted competencies include being self-motivated and capable of working independently to identify solutions.

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and presentation skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to develop and communicate vendor processes and procedures.

• Strong organizational capabilities, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and the flexibility to manage competing priorities.

• Understanding of Strategic Sourcing processes and demonstrated proficiency with e-tools such as Vendor Administration, e-Sourcing, and contract management systems.
