This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Analyze and document requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to create procurement request documentation, which includes statements of work, performance work statements, and Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs).
• Execute and document alternatives analysis and conduct market research.
• Perform and document procurement risk assessments.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies while ensuring adherence to relevant guidelines.
• Create Capital Planning and Investment Control documentation.
• Oversee the Capital Planning and Investment Control Process in alignment with OMB Circular A-11 and applicable DHS guidance.
• A Master's Degree, preferably in finance or accounting.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required.
• Must be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills are necessary.
• Outstanding writing skills are expected.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented setting.
• Must take ownership of projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Willingness and ability to travel occasionally to Washington, DC.
• Must meet the eligibility criteria for DHS suitability; current DHS suitability is preferred.
• Applicants must be U.S. citizens or authorized to work full-time in the United States.
• Capability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability Determination is required.
