Procurement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee procurement initiatives at the country level to enhance supplier value and achieve company goals.

• Offer procurement assistance across EU locations including Poland, the Netherlands, Germany, and France.

• Develop procurement foundations within the business unit.

• Streamline the supplier base to improve efficiency, standardize procedures, and maximize commercial leverage.

• Discover, assess, and integrate high-quality new suppliers.

• Conduct commercial negotiations with key vendors regarding pricing, payment terms, and contractual agreements.

• Identify and seize growth opportunities driven by procurement.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure procurement strategies align with business objectives and operational requirements.

• Support Avery Dennison’s materials science and digital identification solutions sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in procurement management, strategic sourcing, or vendor management.

• Experience working within an international matrix structure.

• Strong expertise in consolidating supplier bases, negotiating contracts, and implementing cost-reduction strategies.

• Proven history of onboarding suppliers, performing risk assessments, and evaluating supplier performance.

• Proficiency in English with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Fluency in Dutch or Polish is advantageous.

• Strong commercial insight.

• Capability to establish procurement foundations and promote continuous improvement.
