This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.
• Expertise and experience in specific categories.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the procurement-to-pay cycle.
• Excellent analytical abilities with proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and various essential functions for data analysis, organization, and presentation.
• Capability to navigate different technology platforms.
• Assistance with Invoice Reconciliation.
• Support Sourcing Managers in developing and enhancing category strategies, which includes overall spend data analysis and summarization, engaging in project scoping discussions with stakeholders, and aiding in requirement gathering prior to project initiation.
• Provide support for RFQ processes.
• Aid in sending and evaluating stakeholder survey results for Supplier Business Reviews.
• Collaborate closely with vendors to assist with or resolve inquiries.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent practical experience is necessary.
• At least 4-5 years of professional experience in procurement, sourcing, operations, or supply chain management.
• Experience in consulting or client service delivery is advantageous.
• Familiarity with categories such as Professional Services, Construction, IT infrastructure, Data Center, Connectivity, and Technology NPI is preferred.
• Employees have the option to work remotely.
